From Our founding in April 2010 to April 2011 we earned $500 to donate to the WWF.
From April 2011 t April 2012 we Hope to raise $1500 dollars for the WWF.
Organize a Big Bring & Swap Day! Ask people to come to the big day and bring unwanted items. Make sure to spread the word around well.
On the day, make sure you have lots of big tables spread around. Once people start arriving, ask them to place the items on the tables. Once lots of people have arrived, announce "Let the swapping begin!" (or something like that) and then everyone can choose what items they feel they might want to take home with them.
If some people say they'd like to bring items but not swap, charge then $1, otherwise entry fee is $2.
Also, if you want somewhere to hold the party, try asking your school if they wont mind - also ask if they don't mind getting involved.
