We are planning to throw 2 big parties every year, but not necessarily a Halloween party and a Summer party, like this year.

Hello everyone,

Wildlife and co. recently had a very successful halloween party!  We raised 188 dollars but we had spent about 70 to by the things for the party.  Plus we sent the word out about wildlife and co. to many people!  We will soon post a picture of all of us in full costume!

Theatre Donations

In the spring Wildlife and Co.  earned 250$ from the donations of a musical theatre production of Goldilocks and the three bears, a impeccable judged musical, that most of the members were in!

Several months ago, Wildlife and co. sent in $999 to the WWF to help support endangered species.
We were not allowed to send $1000 because the mailing system couldn't do it. How ODD.

Wildlife and co. has around $217 towards our goal of $999 this year(if it's as much as we can send, so be it). And though we have not done much, we will soon be very busy(I hope).

Gibbons

Gibbons are a type of monkey. There are 15 types of recognized species most are endangered They are omnivores and there average life time in the wild is 25 years. These acrobatic mammals are Endemic to the dense forests of southern asia, are perfectly adapted to life in the trees and rarely descend to the ground.  

Asian Elephants

The elephant is the world largest mammal, although the asian elephant is slightly smaller then its african cousin the way you can tell the difference between the african and asian is that the African has larger ears. There average life span is 60 years. When in a group they are called a herd. Elephants use there tusks to dig up roots and water, strip bark from trees and even to fight each other. An adult elephant can consume up to 300 pounds of food a day!!

earth day

EARTH DAY(April 22) is one of the most important holidays! so why don't YOU celebrate it?
Here are some ideas for how to celebrate Earth day!
1. go plant a tree 2. have a picnic with your family 3. go on a walk 4. play with your friends outside 5. camp out in your back yard!



SO GO OUT SIDE AND HAVE SOME FUN!

WE TOOK OVER THE WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did you ever realize that WE TOOK OVER THE WORLD and we left no room for the animals.
We bought land that animals owned already. so we should do something in exchange  1. ride your bike more often 2. walk more 3. pick up litter 4. when your hiking don't go off the trail 5. use public transit 6.NEVER HUNT

Update

Hello folks,
I'm very sorry that The blog has not been updated in such a long time.
Wildlife and co. has raised about $550 so far this year but we are still far from our goal of $1000 by April 2012.
We are still planning to throw a dance party, but unfortunately, we are running out of time. Since Wildlife and co. was founded on April 16, 2010, we have adopted 6 animals from the WWF, and hopefully, by April 2012 we will have donated $1500.
This week I am going to write an essay of sorts about Amur Leopards, The world's most endangered cat. I will post it here as soon as possible.
